Q: Does it work with a Type-C wireless receiver?
A: This product takes a micro-USB cable for power, NOT a type-C.
Q: Can it be charged from the front side of the phone instead of the back?
A: No, the threshold for it to charge is pretty small. It will charge through most cases, but it seems the distance from front to back is too much if you lay it face down on the charger.
Q: Will it work with any cases?
A: It will perfectly with the cases having a thickness less than 5mm. For cases thickness more than 5mm, the case should be removed while charging, otherwise, the phone will charge slowly or may not charge even.
Q: Does the charging pad have to be plugged in to charge the phone or can it be charged and then travel with? .
A: Has to be plugged in.
Q: Do we get an adapter with the box or we will have to buy it?
A: You will have to buy the adapter according to the compatibility of your mobile phone. You can purchase QC 2.0/3.0 adapter for fast 10W charging or a standard charger of 5V/2A for 5W standard charging speed.
Q: Will it be safe for use my mobile while charging?
A: Yeah you can use your phone but if you leave for some time it can quickly charge (recommended)
