• The Plena system pre-amplifier is a high-performance, versatile unit offering call and mono background music functionality. It meets diverse public address needs affordably, supporting dual-channel operation for calls and BGM across up to six zones with two Plena amplifiers.
• The call channel features two inputs: a 3-pin XLR for microphone or line-level signals and a 5-pin DIN for all-call priority and chime signals. It supports Plena call stations LBB 1941/00 (all-call) and LBB 1946/00 (six-zone), with loop-through capability and a universal, balanced input.
• The microphone input includes a selectable speech filter for clearer communication, along with volume control and bass/treble tone adjustments optimized for speech. The call channel is accessible via the balanced XLR master output.
• The BGM channel has three mono-converted cinch inputs, volume and tone controls, a balanced XLR direct output, and a 24 VDC relay power output. Zone routing is managed via front panel switches.
• The system includes an emergency input with highest priority, two trigger inputs, a PC audio input with RS-232 control, six priority levels, and relays for zone switching.
