The DHT S514 is a 2.1-channel unit offering 175 watts of total power to deliver movies, TV shows, and music with finer detailed effects, excellent bass, outstanding mesmerizing performances, and sound that spreads throughout the room. The remote control is very compact and it can learn the TV basic functions also so that a single remote can be used to control both the TV and the soundbar system.
The built-in Bluetooth capability in the S514 by Denon allows music to be streamed wirelessly from the smartphone, tablet, or computer to the soundbar for great, enriching playback. The subwoofer has two woofers that connect wirelessly to the soundbar for easy placement. The DHT-S514 includes backlit buttons and these lights double as status indicators for mode settings ( dialog, music, or movie).
Powerful Soundbar and Wireless Subwoofer
The Denon S514 system package includes two main components - a soundbar comprising of tweeters and midrange drivers and a wireless subwoofer. The subwoofer has two woofers that connect wirelessly to the soundbar for easy placement. They offer 175 watts of total power to deliver movies, TV shows, and music with finer detailed effects.
Dolby Digital/DTS Decoding with 3 Listening Modes
Denon’s DHT-S514 Soundbar system functions in three modes – i) Movie mode –Here, the surrounding audio effect is such that the user feels like watching the film in a Multiplex, etc. ii) Dialog mode – It offers the highest level of dialog clarity while watching TV serials, web series, etc and iii) Music mode delivers a dynamic and delightful sound quality improvement with your favorite audio tracks.
Easy to Setup & Easy to Use
The DHT-S514 can be directly connected to any TV with the included HDMI cable. The DHT-S514 comes with its remote control, and it also can work with the TV's remote control so the soundbar and the TV can be controlled with just one remote. The built-in keyholes in the soundbar let you easily mount it directly to the wall.
Night Mode for Late Night Entertainment
The Denon DHTS514 system supports Night Mode which facilitates the user to get perfect entertainment at home by watching their favorite programs late into the night without disturbing other family members.Â
Easy Control with One Remote
The connection to the TV through HDMI cable ensures that the TV's remote will automatically power on the system. The included remote can learn the TV's basic commands. If the soundbar seems to block the tiny remote receiver on the bottom of the TV, the included IR repeater can be connected to maintain full remote functionality.
Bluetooth Functionality
The DHT S514's built-in Bluetooth capability means that music can be streamed wirelessly from the smartphone, tablet, or computer to the soundbar for great, enriching playback experience. The device must be paired first with the soundbar before using the Bluetooth to stream the audio files.
