honor band 3 is great. 2-3 weeks of battery life on normal usage Heartrate monitor very accurate. Workout tracking is great and is gps enabled Sleep tracking has some bugs though, probably in the health app Step tracking is also good and quiet accurate.

When you open the box, you will get a high tech wrist band. I got it 100percent charged out of the box. The UI is sort of confusing in the beginning but you will get a hang of it in a few days. Vplak packaging was great.

A: Yes, the battery life can be upto 30 days. You need to disable automatic heart rate monitoring, lift-to-wake, message notifications, and TruSleep features for 30 days battery.

A: This fitness band calculated calories burnt using an acceleration sensor and motion state algorithm to identify motion.
Q: Why is there a light flashing on the back of band 3?
A: The light flashing indicates that it is tracking your heart rate. You can turn off continuous heart rate detection to stop the flashing light.
Q: Does it have inbuilt GPS?
A: No, the honor band 3 doesnt have this feature. It syncs with the gps on your connected smartphone to calculate distance.
Q: How to use the activity reminder?
A: You need to pair the honor band 3 with Huawei health app and enable the activity reminder from there.
