It promises what it says it enhances your TV sound. It has an inbuilt subwoofer that produces adequate bass you cant expect deep hefty bass which would require a separate subwoofer. Too good for small to medium rooms. Loving this product while using it in my bedroom.

The sound quality is good but the bass is a little less. Connecting with the phone is a breeze too and it plays with a decent music output. All in all I am happy with the product. For a bedroom TV the sound is more than enough and good quality the price and quality are very compatible and have a very good brand name behind JBL Harman Kardon. Just remove from the box plug into power and connect to Bluetooth and enjoy the sound!

HDMI and Optical inputs work better while streaming. Plenty of bass punchy. Bass level is adjustable independent of the volume. Takes a few seconds to be ready while powering on. Resuming from sleep mode is quicker. The overall build is good and sturdy buttons are tactile. Go for it if you want to watch movies with cinema-like experience.

A: yes, you can connect it to any TV that has either of Optical/ HDMI ARC / Aux (3.5 mm jack) output. The sound effect is pretty good (with HDMI ARC output). You may have to switch settings on TV and Sound bar to find out an optimum Sound effect. Also, you can get the best sound when the TV is set to Sub-Woofer and Sound Bar in Surround mode.
Q: Can I use it with my PS4 without having to compromise with its working?
A: yes, you can totally connect it with your PS4 via AUX or HDMI and have an uninterrupted gaming experience.
Q: My TV does not support Bluetooth connectivity. Should I buy a Bluetooth transmitter or receiver?
A: No. you need not buy any extra devices. You can simply connect it with other options such as USB, optical cable or by HDMI port.
Q: Do we need to keep the device connected to a power source all the time?
A: Yes. JBL Bar Studio Sound bar has to be connected to a power source while in use, as it does not come with a built-in rechargeable battery.
