I travel a lot. traveling is part of my job. buying Sennheiser cx 6.00 bt wireless earphones was indeed a good decision as it has made my traveling experience more pleasant and I enjoy traveling now.I only charge it for two hours and they accompany me ALL DAY LONG. I enjoy the bass and FANTABULOUS sound quality it offers me. they fit my ears so well and there is no fear of their falling out.I never forget to take them with me while traveling. they give me my personal space even in a crowded place. I am in love with them.

I think Battery life is a not very much good

I got these sennheiser headphones a month back and from that date I am doing nothing but charging them. Even after a short use I have to chrge them. This fault should be fixed by the company. it only give me 3 hours of playtime. i called costumer care of sennhieser they told me that this piece have problem they will fix this problem. my problem is now solved after 1 week i visit costumer care office and they fix it. but i m very dissapointed because my too much time is waste but now this earphone works perfectly.

These sennheiser wireless headphones very light so you barely feel them around your neck, but the modules are suspended from your ears so they tend to dangle about. This does not make them ideal for any active use like running or gymming.

Q: can I use any cable to charge these headphones?
A: It is recommended to charge the headphones using only the supplied USB cable. If you are charging using an external USB-power adapter, it is recommended to use an adapter with an output rating of 500 mA or higher.
Q: I am not unable to charge my earphones. Please guide me through the process?
A: in order to charge your ear-phones: 1. Open the micro-USB cover to access the micro-USB input. 2. Connect the micro-USB plug of the charging cable to the micro-USB input of the headphones. 3. Connect the USB plug to the USB port of your computer. If you are using an external power adapter, connect the USB plug to the power adapter or to the USB car charger adapter, and connect to the power source. The LED flashes/lights up depending on the battery life of the headphones. The headphones utilize an intelligent battery charging technology that prevents overcharging.
Q: how does Bluetooth pairing works in this device?
A: When you switch the headphones on for the first time, they automatically go to pairing mode. If the headphones have already been paired with a few devices, they automatically try to connect to the two most-recently connected Bluetooth devices. The headphones can save the connection profiles of up to eight Bluetooth devices or smartphones. If you pair the headphones with a ninth Bluetooth device, the saved connection profile of the least used Bluetooth device will be overwritten. If you want to re-establish a connection with the overwritten Bluetooth device, you have to pair the headphones again.
Q: how can I check the battery left in my earphones?
A: You can check the remaining play and talk time when the headphones are in idle mode, are not actively playing music, or are not used for making calls. Quickly press the Volume/track - button. You hear the voice prompt announcing the remaining play time. The battery life of your headphones may also be displayed on the screen of your smartphone or device.
Q: how do I clear previously paired devices?
A: to clear already paired devices: 1. Set the headphones to pairing mode. The LED flashes blue and red. The headphones are in pairing mode. 2. Press the Volume/track + button for 2 seconds. The LED flashes purple 3 times. 3. The headphones are permanently disconnected from all devices and immediately go into pairing mode.
