A: Yes, the mics can be turned off, and if you never set up the voice assistant, the mic never turns on.
Q: Does the iPhone put out stereo waves?
A: It's not really about the iphone putting out stereo. It's about what format the audio is recorded in. So if the music you're listening to is in stereo (which virtually all is) then you'll get stereo from our products.
