A: You can download SRICAM app and thus you can easily control it over there and if you face any problem please contact their customer care
Q: Can we use it indoors?
A: You can use it both as indoors and outdoors and it would be functioning the same.
Q: I have no WIFI connection can I still use it?
A: Yes, you could still use it, but it is preferable to use WIFI as it provides some extra upgraded configurations which now a days is a demand.
Q: Does it have night vision?
A: Night vision is really upgraded version and it has come up with IR-LEDs with ICR which offers a very good quality even at night.
Q: How to record video in phone?
A: We cannot record the video in phone but in camera there is a slot for their requirement.
Q: What happens when theirs a temporary power cut-off?
A: Camera will get switch off, but the recording will continue. In case of power failure, we cannot view it online. However, we can see recording of that time in the playback option, when power supply resumes
Q: Where is the app available?
A: It is easily available in the play store as SRICAM app and thus you can easily download as its free of cost.
